Saturday about 8:45 p.m. Sara gave me a call that sent me hauling ass down to the Ramsey Center to shoot some spot news that had pretty much dissipated before I got there.
(Richard tells me he got word of the mess from our EIC via email, which may or may not have had contributed to that. Our writer was leaving when I got there. Maybe she got a phone call.)
Haul ass fo’ real. Problem with spot news is that’s it’s happening RIGHT NOW and better get their quick! Even if it means something like… I go to work in, say, hot pink shoes.
