2007 Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar

I worked as the assistant to the portfolio judges last year, and it was a lot of fun. I pretty much stayed couped up with judges all day and didn’t get to get out in the middle of everything, but it seemed like a worth-while experience.
Basic seminar stuff. A bunch of speakers, workshops about multimedia, sports, documentary photojournalism, on-location lighting and legal issues. Also includes panel discussions, portfolio reviews and contests.
Contest deadline Nov. 7. Early registration deadline Nov. 16.
Early registration is $65, early student registration is $40. You have to register early and pay more for the Friday workshops.
